Kids Martial Arts teaches children self-defense, to be physically fit, disciplined, mentally alert and emotionally stable. But more than that, it paves the path for a lifelong journey of good physical health and mental focus! Each class we address a different form on self-defense. We have an MMA class which teaches our kids to put all their martial arts skills together from the feet to the ground and everything in between. Jiu Jitsu which teaches them ground submission grappling and wrestling. Last but not least Muay Thai where they learn how to strike.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a difficult but rewarding martial art. Unlike many other martial arts, it has no striking, instead mostly taking place on the ground and utilizing chokes, strangles and joint locks.

Muay Thai is a martial art that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Muay Thai is referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” or the “Science of Eight Limbs” because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight “points of contact”, as opposed to “two points” (fists) in boxing and “four points” (hands and feet) used in other more regulated combat sports. Muay Thai is also an amazing way to get in shape, learn self defense and have fun while doing it.
